1.DESRIPTION
   EPS206 Common Rail Injector Test Bench is our latest independent researched special device to test the performance of high-pressure common rail injector, controlled by industrial computer, Windows7 operating system. The oil quantity is measured by sensor and displayed on computer screen (Electronic fuel delivery system). All data can be searched and saved. It adopts B-O-S-C-H (DENSO) original common rail pump to provide 0-2500 bar for rail pressure .The rail pressure can be adjusted automatically, and it also provide pressure overload protect. It can test common rail injector of B-O-S-C-H, D-E-L-P-H-I, DENSO and SIEMENS. It adopts the advanced technology, steady performance, precise measurement and convenient operation.

2. CHARACTERISTIC

    2.1 Controlled by the computer in real time, Windows7 operating system, touch screen operation.
    2.2 Oil quantity is measured by sensor and displayed on 17 inches LCD screen.

    2.3 Using the original B-O-S-C-H high pressure common rail oil pump to provide 0 ~ 2500 bar rail pressure.

    2.4 The injector's injection times can be set freely;

    2.5 More than 3000 kinds of injectors data can be searched and used.

    2.6 Rail pressure can be tested in real time.

    2.7 Provide pressure overload protection.

    2.8 Pulse width and frequency of the injector drive singal can be adjusted.
