1. Powder spraying line: hanging → degreasing spray (50-60 ºC) → clean water spray (1 min) → clean water spray (1 min) → DI (swimming immersion for 1 min) → DI spray (1 min) → DI spray cleaning (1 min) → draining section → drying (120 ºC, 8 min) → cooling (18 min) → spraying (automatic, manual repair or manual spraying) → baking and curing (180-220 ºC adjustable, 28min) → Cool down (18min) → hang down.

5. Suspension conveying system:

5.1 The heavy-duty 200 suspension conveyor chain is used, and the single-point lifting weight is 50kg, including driving mechanism, heavy hammer tensioning device, chain, straight rail, curved rail, telescopic rail, bracket, primary spreader, electrical control system, overload automatic protection device, etc. .

5.2 Adopt the appropriate number of driving devices according to the tension of each line; no problems such as crawling and jamming.

5.3 The design process chain speed is: V=0.5m/min (0.5-1.0m/min steplessly adjustable).

5.4 The drive device adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation technology.

5.5 Displacement limit protection switches are installed on the tensioning device, catenary emergency stop switches are installed in all key parts of the whole line, and the drive is equipped with mechanical and electrical double safety protection.

5.6 All tracks are equipped with turning light wheel slewing devices to reduce the driving load.

5.7 The track in the curing furnace is equipped with 2 expansion joints to ensure that the track has no thermal deformation.

5.8 The running noise of the drive chain is below 65db, and the grease-enclosed chain is used for easy maintenance.

5.9 The upward and downward slope angles of all conveyor chains are 30º;

5.10 Set the emergency stop button at each of the following positions, and set the acousto-optic display of the emergency stop position in the conspicuous position of the workshop to promptly inform the production management personnel of the emergency stop location:

A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Guangzhou, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

A: Generally, it depends on the projects because it is customized.  If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the delivery time will be longer for custom-made motors or electric components.
