Bus Car Spray Paint Baking Booth Semi Downdraft with Infrared Lamp Heating and 3D Paint Lift

1. Internal dimension: L12.5 × W5.5 × H4.2m.
2. Main doors: Four blue main doors, size: W4.5 × H4.15m; blue door lintel and front vertical panels; two blue access doors.
3. Lighting system: 16 sets of ceiling lights × 4pcs, total 64pcs × 24W; 14 sets of side lights × 4pcs, total 48pcs × 24W.
4. No floor pit, rear row layout.
5. Booth enclosure: 75mm thick EPS wall panels, 0.476mm blue color steel sheets. The front section is equipped with air plenum; wall panels serve as roof panels for both front and rear sections. Both booth enclosure and generator cabinet cladding are blue; the booth is supported by upright columns.
6. Fan system (two units): 2 sets of 11KW external supply air fans fitted with white filter bags; 2 sets of 11KW exhaust air fans fitted with black activated carbon filter bags. Fans for both generator cabinets are equipped with inverters. Motors of all four fans shall have US CSA certification. Supply air cabinet is fitted with 2 pneumatic dampers. Fans shall keep running during painting baking to ensure even temperature inside the booth.
7. Air duct (two sets): Supply air duct and exhaust air duct shall follow drawings (exhaust air duct fitted with 2 pneumatic dampers). Top air duct shall also be made per drawings.
8. Heating system: Total 18 sets of infrared heating lamp boxes, 3 infrared lamp tubes per set. Additional 15 infrared lamp tubes supplied as spares.
9. Electric control box: Same digital control touch screen as exhibition hall model. Supply & exhaust fans with inverters; high/low air pressure detection; voltage, current & frequency meters; combustible gas detection device; filter media replacement reminder function; auto light on upon small door opening; energy saving button inside booth.
10. Inside booth: 2 units of red 3D scissor lift (cable chain type lift), motors marked with CE logo.

   Q1. What is your terms of packing?

   A: Generally, we pack our goods by thicker bubble paper, some of them are packed by carton.
   
   Q2. What is your terms of payment?
   A: By T/T, 30% as deposit for production, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
   
   Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
   A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Guangzhou, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. 
   
   Q4. How about your delivery time?
   A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving full payment. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the delivery time will be around 20 days for custom-made motors or electric components. 
   
   Q5. Can you produce according to the technical drawings?
   A: Yes, we can produce by your technical drawings or requirements. We can make drawings for you.
