WLD30M L30*W7*H7m Large Spray Paint Booth For Steel Structure & Bridges In Indonesia : 
 

Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 75mm thickness.  Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.

Door: Electric rolling door, Electric rolling door,size is 6000(w) x 7000mm(h), 0.75kw motor support it ; 6 pieces of emergency doors, size : 0.8x2m .

Air Intake System (8 groups): Each group consists of 2x5.5kw intake fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.

Air Exhaust System (8 groups) : Each group consists of 1x7.5kw exhaust fan. Total 3 units of 5.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Exhaust air from basement or two sides of wallboard.

Heating System (8 groups) : Each group consists of 1 unit Italy Riello FS20 Natural Gas burner 200000Kcal/h.

Heat exchanger : The heat exchanger is made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency.  

Lighting System: Ceiling light has 60 units x 4pcs of 15w LED lamps. Total 240 pcs of 15w LED lamps. Side light has 46units x 2pcs of 15w LED lamps. Total 92 pcs of 15w LED lamps. 1000 Lux.

Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods by thicker bubble paper, some of them are packed by carton.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: By T/T, 30% as deposit for production, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Guangzhou, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. 

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving full payment. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the delivery time will be around 20 days for custom-made motors or electric components.

A: Yes, we can produce by your technical drawings or requirements. We can make drawings for you.
