10m Long Customized Car Spray Paint Drying Booth  with Heat Recycle System, Scissor Lift, Inverter System in Sweden Specifications: 

Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.

Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. Whole grids with floor filter. Full ramps.

Door: 4 pcs of luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin. Size: 45000(w) x 2750(h). 1 pc of emergency door. Watching window with aluminum frame.

Air Circulation System(2 Groups): Each group consists of 1x11KW direct drive intake fan, 1x11KW direct drive exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.

Burner(2 sets): Each group consists of 1 set of Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260000Kcal/h. The heating time 4-5min(20-60^.C). Max. temperature at 80^.C. Fuel consumption is 5-6kg/vehicle.

Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.

Heat Recycle System: Are recuperative, moisture is not recovered. The heat passes through thin plates, with recovery levels of up to 38%. The air streams are strictly separated, whenever solvents are used, the intake and exhaust streams have to be kept absolutely separate. That frequently makes the cross plate heat exchanger the perfect solution. The amortization period is short. Often less than two years.

Lighting System: Ceiling light has 56 pcs of 24W LED LED lamps. Side light has 56 pcs of 24W LED LED lamps. 1200 Lux.
