The spraying / baking booth is consisted of spraying / baking room and produce machine of hot wind.
| When normal spraying, the main fan inhale fresh air from intake window , pass the first filter net, big dust will be disposed off then they will be send into the gas room which is at the top of spraying/baking booth. After going through the ceiling filter, the air will flow downward from the top, then go through the basement from the basement and floor to drain out. The spraying/baking booth has been keeping positive pressure to stop outside dust coming in. | When it is baking, the automatic burner will be ignited and the temperature rises. The cool air which is inhaled by the main fan will go through heat exchanger and cool air turns hot. At same time, electrical damper should be on the baking position; the hot air enters baking room and go back to the ceiling again from the basement. In this way, temperature has been rising all the time. When the temperature in baking room reaches at the setting temperature, it will automatically preserve this temperature. |

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods by thicker bubble paper, some of them are packed by carton.

A: By T/T, 30% as deposit for production, and 70% balance before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Normally our quotation is under FOB Guangzhou, but we also accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 15 days after receiving full payment. If your voltage is different from 380V/3PH/50Hz, the delivery time will be around 20 days for custom-made motors or electric components.
